In this role, you will provide person-centred care, assess and plan patient needs, coordinate services, and work collaboratively within a dedicated multidisciplinary team.

What you need
- Registered Nurse or Registered Nurse/Midwife with eligibility for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and holding or eligible to hold a current practising certificate.
- Prior experience in nursing or midwifery practice, with a commitment to providing care in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
- Solid communication skills, including problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities.
