Steadfast Group is seeking an experienced Senior Application Support Analyst to provide Level 2 support across insurtech applications. You will be the escalation point, analysing complex incidents and working with brokers, insurers and vendors to deliver solutions.

Hybrid work arrangements are available. The role requires 5+ years in SaaS/Insurtech support, robust SQL and API experience, and excellent stakeholder management.
