Collective Shift Pty Ltd is expanding its Melbourne-based media team. We’re seeking a video producer who can take ideas from hook to finished cut, accompanying founder Ben Simpson on shoots and traveling as needed to film wherever he is.
You’ll shape the short-form videos and ads used to reach business owners and investors on social platforms. You’ll own the shot list, direct shoots, and rapid-cut edits with captions for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads.
