Tradewind Australia is seeking an experienced leader to manage a well-established residential AOD therapeutic community in regional Victoria. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive high-quality, trauma-informed care and oversee protected, person-centred recovery pathways for clients.
The role reports to the Head of Residential Services and requires strong operational leadership, workforce planning, budgeting and strategic development to sustain outcomes and occupancy across the service.
