Department of Customer Service in NSW seeks an Advisor Industrial Relations to join the People Services team. You will interpret industrial instruments, research case law and advocate on behalf of the Department, liaising with unions.

This role supports IR services, provides strategic advice, and may involve filing documents with courts and commissions. Hybrid work between Parramatta, Gosford or Haymarket is expected.
