Flying Colours Bar is seeking a reliable and motivated Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations and help deliver high-quality food service in a rapid-paced hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily kitchen operations and service
- Support menu preparation and food quality standards
- Supervise and work alongside kitchen staff during service
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards. Assist with stock control and ordering. Support rostering, training, and team development as required.
Skill & Experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in a busy service environment
- Sound knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
