Key Responsibilities
- Run your section efficiently during prep and service.
- Prepare and present dishes to a high standard.
- Maintain consistency, quality and kitchen hygiene.
- Assist with stock control, ordering and food costs.
- Work closely with the wider kitchen team and support junior chefs.
About You
- Experienced Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef ready to step up.
- Passionate about quality food and presentation.
- Organised, reliable and confident in a busy kitchen.
- Positive team player with good communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Versatile to work a rotating roster.
