The Toowoomba Regional Council is seeking a Visitor Information Officer for the Toowoomba Visitor Information Centre. You will deliver exceptional customer service, manage information resources, promote the region and support daily operations.
This part time, permanent role requires teamwork with staff and volunteers; you will supervise volunteers and help deliver high quality visitor experiences, including weekend and peak-season hours.
