Garvan Institute of Medical Research in Sydney is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join a small, dynamic Service Desk team. It is an onsite role 5 days in the office initially, reporting to the IT Operations Manager and supporting scientists and administrative staff to enable Garvan’s research.
The role involves 1st and 2nd line support, macOS and Windows devices, Office 365, printers and peripherals, and ticketing system workflow in a rapid‑paced environment.
