You’ll triage requests, manage backlogs and translate business needs into practical platform solutions, with hands-on configuration and an eye for automation and AI-led improvements.

The role reports to the Delivery Platform Manager and involves ownership of the Atlassian front door, developing self-service capabilities and driving adoption across the organisation.
