Connect2Care in Melbourne is seeking a therapist to join a multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based services via telehealth, community visits and centre-based sessions. It is a mobile role with the option to work from home or our hubs when not seeing clients.

You will assess children and adults with disabilities, maximise function within NDIS, manage a wide-ranging caseload, and complete timely documentation. Training and development opportunities are provided by senior clinicians.
