Our Position

We are seeking to employ an experienced Freight Forwarding & Logistics operator to deliver training/assessment services to Diploma Level in International Freight Forwarding and Logistics. The role would be ideal for someone who wants the opportunity to work on a permanent part-time basis.

The ideal person for this role will preferably have the following skills and attributes:

- 4+ years of current International Freight Forwarding & Logistics Operations




- Able to communicate at all levels within the workplace and classroom
- Strong pro-active character that engages with staff & management
- Excellent communication skills
- Have completed a Cert III or above in International Freight Forwarding or a related field
- Have the confidence to help nurture and grow the business
- Hold a current Cert IV in Training and assessment preferred but not essential

The successful applicant should also have a proven ability to:

- Motivate & inspire their students to improve their knowledge and skills
- Successfully work in a team environment
- Maintain a professional approach to their work
- Apply a continuous improvement approach to their work and that of the business
- Have a strong compliance background
- Ability to work autonomously
