About the opportunity

The Facilities Coordinator provides strategic advice and practical leadership across school operations, supporting the effective management of facilities, grounds, resources, procurement and operational systems.

In this position you will be responsible for:

- Coordinating general day-to-day tasks, monitoring workloads, promoting teamwork, skill development, and a sense of pride in the school
- Developing and interpreting legislation, regulations, procedures, and other guideline material relating to operations within the school
- Preparing and maintaining procurement activities including overseeing budget administration, and activities




- Marketing and promoting facilities services, coordinating programs that are responsive to the school requirements and current trends
- Contributing to the school's strategic and operational plans by reviewing legislation, regulations, initiatives, and policies and providing recommendations.
