Eastlakes Security & Controls is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of access control, CCTV and security projects across NSW. Based in Newcastle, you will own projects from award to handover, with a transparent pathway to progression and flexible work arrangements.

The role offers $100,000–$130,000 + super, a rostered day off each month, extra Christmas leave, a paid birthday off, and strong emphasis on work‑life balance and career development.
