IBAC is seeking an Executive Director, Transformation and Reform to spearhead enterprise-wide transformation, report to the CEO, and sit on the Executive Leadership Team in Melbourne. The role will drive the future-state vision, integrated roadmap, and operating model redesign while ensuring delivery of reform initiatives.
You will lead reform workstreams from concept to delivery, establish and guide a small team, and advise the executive on priorities, risks, and trade-offs.
