Customer Service Officer

SMAART Recruitment is partnering with a leading national organisation to recruit multiple Customer Service Officers to join their Perth Airport team.

The prospect

As a Customer Service Officer, you'll support business customers across a mix of inbound phone calls, emails and live web chat, giving you plenty of variety throughout your day!

You'll help customers with everything from general enquiries to resolving issues, working closely with internal teams to find solutions and deliver a great customer experience.

You’ll be part of a supportive, fast‑paced team where you’ll build your problem‑solving skills, learn new systems and work towards customer service and quality targets.

About you

- Experience in customer service, administration, reception or another phone‑based role
- Contact centre experience is highly regarded
- Strong verbal and written communication skills




- Confidence using computers and learning new systems
- Great attention to detail and multitasking skills
- A positive, team‑focused attitude

What's on offer?

- $67,000 + Super
- Permanent, full‑time position
- Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm – no weekends!
- Perth Airport location
- 2–4 weeks of structured training
- One WFH day per week once trained and meeting performance milestones
