CatholicCare is seeking a Case Manager for the Permanency Support Program in Campbelltown. You will assess client needs, develop personalised care plans and coordinate services to support children, families and carers toward safety and stable outcomes.

The role offers permanent, full time employment with hybrid/office working and flex time; salary pays $46.70–$50.25 per hour. Bring tertiary qualifications in Social Work or related fields and proven OOHC case management experience.
