Barminco, part of the Perenti Group, is seeking experienced Underground Paste Crew Lead Hands to join the Bellevue Gold Mine project on a full time FIFO roster from Perth. This role supports underground production within a high-performing team focused on safety, efficiency and continuous improvement.
You will coordinate paste crew operations, inspect work areas for safety, mentor crew, and ensure adherence to site procedures.
