About the Role

We're looking for a Foster Care Case Workers to join our team based at Oaklands Park.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Provision of providing quality carers supports and advocacy to support and equip foster families to enable children and young people to thrive
- Provide case workthrough assessment, training, support, placement and advocacy
- Assist the placement co-ordinators with the process of matching and placement of children with approved foster carers as required

What You’ll Need to Succeed

- A degree level of qualification in Social Work or similar
- Knowledge and understanding of foster care services and the child protection system
- High level interpersonal skills
