About the role

Reporting to the Perth Branch Manager, you will be responsible for developing current business opportunities while managing and growing existing customer accounts across WA. You will take ownership of the full customer journey, from prospecting and quoting through to securing business and maintaining ongoing customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

- Identify and secure new customer opportunities across targeted markets

- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of sales opportunities

- Build, maintain and grow long-term customer relationships

- Conduct regular customer visits, site meetings and account reviews

- Prepare quotations, proposals and hire agreements

- Negotiate and close new business opportunities

- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes

- Manage the end-to-end hire process, including equipment scheduling, deliveries and returns





- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records within HubSpot CRM

- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

About you

- Previous experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or Customer Relationship Management
- A proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow customer accounts

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A customer-first approach and genuine passion for delivering solutions

- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude

- Experience within the hire, construction, industrial or electrical industries will be highly regarded but is not essential
- A current driver's licence and full Australian working rights
