About you
You will be a proactive and strong customer focused Accountant or Bookkeeper that enjoys working independently while contributing positively to a collective team. You are organised and driven to make a positive difference for the clients you work for.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree or Cert IV/ Diploma in Account/Finance or Commerce
- 3+ years' experience working in a corporate firm
- Strong understanding of month end and general ledger processes
- Robust analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent Excel and Microsoft skills
- Extensive experience in using accounting software
- Strong stakeholder management skills
What you will be doing:
- Maintain accurate financial records including data entry and reconciliations
- Run payroll and HR support
- Complete month end and year end processes
- Prepare financial reports
- Support budget and financial planning processes
- Support audit processes
Offer
$40-$45/hr Ft/Pt
Plus, super and communications allowance
3-5days/week
