As a valued member of our high-performing Accounts Receivable team, you will play an integral role in supporting the financial operations of a successful and growing business. About the Role:

As Accounts Receivable Officer, you'll report directly to the Credit Manager and play a key role in supporting the accounts receivable function. This role offers on-the-job training to ensure your success, with genuine opportunities for progression and development within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable transactions




- Managing credit limits and stop supply processes
- Identifying and entering EFT's, deposits, and credit card payments
- Assisting with credit application reviews to help minimise credit risk
- Ensuring compliance with credit policies and procedures
- Performing daily banking and general administrative duties

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience and understanding of accounts receivable functions
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
- Confident communicator with solid written and verbal skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Desirable: Experience in the construction or a manufacturing industry will be highly regarded.
