- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across a team
- A high level of accuracy in documentation, data entry, record-keeping and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A proactive, cooperative and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to anticipate and respond to operational requirements
- A demonstrated commitment to integrity, transparency, cultural respect and culturally safe practice
- Australian citizenship, as required for the position
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in a community services, trust, governance or not-for-profit environment
- Experience supporting Traditional Owner groups, Aboriginal families or other community stakeholders
- Experience contributing to continuous improvement in administrative systems and processes
- Knowledge of culturally respectful engagement and service-delivery practices
Employment Benefits
- The opportunity to contribute within a values-driven and collaborative team
- Flexible working arrangements, including flexible start and finish times (5 days per week)
- Meaningful work that supports communities across Western Australia and South Australia
