ZIMMERMANN is seeking a Global VM Operations Manager to lead the delivery and governance of Visual Merchandising across our global network from Rosebery, Sydney. This permanent, full time role drives the VM platform rollout, cadence, and execution readiness for the Retail business.

You will translate creative direction into scalable, repeatable operational plans, manage regional adoption, and deliver exec-level reporting to drive continuous improvement.
