About The Role

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will build, deploy, and improve AI systems that support real operational needs. Qualifications

- At least two years of experience in AI/ML engineering, machine learning research, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience taking AI/ML projects from an initial concept through development and into production.
- Strong engineering judgment and the ability to build solutions suited to real-world product and operational requirements.
- A product-oriented mindset, with sound instincts for prioritization and a bias toward delivering useful outcomes.




- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with non-technical users and subject-matter experts.
- Comfort working through ambiguity, changing priorities, and rapid iteration in a startup setting.
- Interest in contributing to a demanding, high-performance environment and helping a growing team succeed.

Responsibilities

- Design and build AI/ML systems that improve the speed, accuracy, and quality of operational decisions.
- Analyze complex business processes and translate them into practical, AI-enabled workflows.
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain machine learning solutions for reliable use in production at scale.
- Collaborate with domain experts and users to understand problems, validate assumptions, and refine solutions.
- Work with founders and teammates to connect technical decisions with customer needs and product priorities.
- Monitor system performance, identify opportunities to improve reliability and effectiveness, and support ongoing iteration.
