· Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety
· Support incident management and make sure operational procedures are followed
· Step up and support the Venue Manager across the operation whenever needed
About YOU To excel in this role, you’ll already have hospitality leadership or supervisory experience and be ready to take on broader responsibility within a busy venue.
You’ll bring previous venue management experience, along with robust communication skills and a keen eye for detail. You’ll take ownership of your work, deliver great customer service and look for ways to keep improving. If you’ve helped train and mentor other team members, that’s a big plus.
You’ll also have

· Previous experience leading or supervising a hospitality team
· A hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump in wherever needed
· Confidence working in a rapid-paced food and beverage environment
