Wuchopperen Health Service in Cairns is seeking a Youth Mentor (Identified) to provide culturally safe mentoring to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people referred to the service. This full time, permanent role reports to the Manager, Youth and Family Services and focuses on connecting youth to culture, families and community through coordinated supports and healing activities.

A tertiary qualification or demonstrated experience with vulnerable young people is required, plus blue
