Our guests come to us for epic experiences, and we're looking for quick, confident, charismatic Bartenders and Front of House legends who can keep the energy high, the drinks flowing, and the good times rolling.

What you'll do:

Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset

Drive sales on every shift, smashing targets through upselling,



product knowledge and proactive guest engagement

Craft delicious cocktails, pour quality drinks, and maintain exceptional product standards every time

Thrive in a quick-paced bar environment, delivering quick, efficient service without compromising on guest experience

Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed

Take pride in your venue, making sure it's well-stocked, organised and ready to impress at all times

Keep the bar looking sharp, maintaining cleanliness, presentation and compliance standards throughout every shift

Own your space Be trained in all areas and whether you're behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game

Follow all safety and compliance procedures, including responsible service of alcohol, to keep guests and teammates safe

Take every opportunity to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests' needs

What you've got:

- Uniqueness and a passion for fun
- Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it
- Customer service, hospitality and specifically bar experience PLUS a love for building customer rapport
- A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests
- Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
- A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them
