About the Role:

As part of our Cairns team, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, driving robust sales and operational results, assisting to develop a team and creating a positive in-store experience. This role requires availability to work weekends, and previous leadership or management experience is a must.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in retail sales (furniture experience highly regarded)

- Previous management experience

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset

- Reliability and flexibility,
