As baker, you will work with the Head Baker and Head Pastry chef to assist in the preparation and baking of sourdough bread, pastries and croissants.

Qualifications & experience 2 years experience in bakery production including mixing and baking and be prepared to work to a high standard A solid understanding of bread production and sourdough breads

Excellent team worker with strong communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Tasks & responsibilities Assisting in the production and prep for the next day ahead

Maintaining freshness and stock level of goods

Upholding cleanliness of your section

Following production schedules and procedures

Preparation and rotation of ingredients for daily production

Other general duties as required such as cleaning The work involve early morning starts and availability to work a seven days rotating roster.
