We are currently looking for a passionate, high energy Bar Manager to help lead our front ogf house operations and elevate us to the next level.

The Role

As our Bar Manager, you will take full ownership of the bars daily operations, commercial success and team culture. you will balance hands on leadership behind the bar with essential administrative, financial and inventory duties to keep the venue running smoothly and profitable.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor and motivate a high peforming bar team, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Rostering and Labour: manage staff schedules and rosters efficiently to align with business demands and labour budgets.
- Stock & Inventory Control: Oversee regular stocktakes, manage ordering and minimise waste or shrinkage.
- Beverage Curation: Maintain high quality drink presentation and contribute to menu development.
- Compliance and Safety:



Ensure strict adherence to health, hygiene, safety and local liquor licensing regulations, including RSA & RCG protocols.
- Guest Experience: Maintain a welcoming atmosphere, handle customer feedback professionally and manage crowd safety and patron behaviour.

Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Bar Manager, Assistant Bar Manager or senior supervisor in a fast paced hospitality venue.
- Current and valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) certificates.
- Practical proficiency running TAB and Keno systems, as well as managing poker machine operations.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Full flexibility to work a hospitality roser including nights, weekends and public holidays.
