Orange City Bowling Club LTD is seeking General Duties Bar and Gaming Attendant to join our team on a casual basis. You will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the bar and gaming floor while delivering friendly service and maintaining high standards of compliance. This is an immediate-start prospect offering above-award wages.
Key responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service across the bar, functions and gaming floor
- Familiar with Keno, TAB and attending poker machines service.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the club
- Operate gaming facilities in line with approved procedures and requirements
- Maintain accurate incident registers and support liquor and gaming licensing compliance
- Promote responsible service of alcohol and responsible conduct of gaming
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for members and guest
What we're looking for
- Minimum of one year's experience working in a mixed bar and gaming environment within club or pub
- Strong knowledge of Responsible Service of Alcohol and current RSA certification
- Strong knowledge of Responsible Conduct of Gaming and current RCG certification
- Understanding of gaming and liquor licensing compliance, including incident registers
- Grade 3 Registered and Licensed Club Award classification
- Availability for an immediate start
