Position Summary:

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role also involves operating a forklift and loading and unloading shipping containers, ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently. The Warehouse Operator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring orders are completed in a timely manner, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the warehouse to meet company and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:





- Pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists or scanner instructions.
- Operating a forklift, loading and unloading containers.
- Verify the accuracy of orders, ensuring correct products, quantities, and packaging.
- Pack products securely and label boxes for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or handheld scanners (if trained).
- Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
- Assistwith inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periodsof timeincluding lifting and moving boxes of up to 25kg.

Qualificationsand Experience

- High schoolcertificateor equivalent.
- Previouswarehouse or order fulfillment experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems or handheld scanners.
- Attention to detail and accuracyin following processes and procedures.
- Basic math skills withgoodcommunicationabilities, includingproficiencyin reading and writing in English.
- Ability to work cohesively in a team as well as individually.
