ForHealth Group in Rockingham is seeking a Practice Nurse to join our collaborative team in a permanent part time role. You will deliver patient-centered care and support general practitioners across a busy community clinic.

You must hold current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse, have GP or acute care experience, strong time management, and excellent communication. Weekend availability is essential.
