Procore is seeking a Staff Sales Recruiter (Contract) to join the Recruiting team. Based in our Sydney office with a hybrid work arrangement, you will drive recruitment for ANZ and SG GTM teams, from IC to management roles, and help scale our sales organization in a rapid-paced SaaS environment.
You’ll own the end-to-end hiring process, advise partners, build diverse pipelines, enhance candidate experiences, and develop strategic initiatives.
