Experienced Breakfast Chef – Part-Time Company: The Charles Corner Café Location: Canterbury, NSW 2193 Job Type: Part-time Hours: 24 hours per week We are looking for an experienced, reliable and passionate Breakfast Chef to join our busy café in Canterbury, NSW. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a busy breakfast café and be confident working independently while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities - Prepare and cook a wide range of breakfast and lunch dishes.

- Create and develop exciting weekly breakfast specials.
- Cook pasta dishes, steaks, burgers and other café meals.
- Manage food preparation and kitchen operations efficiently.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, taste and presentation.
- Work efficiently during busy breakfast and lunch services.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Assist with stock control and food preparation.

Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Breakfast Chef (essential).





- Strong breakfast and café cooking skills.
- Experience cooking pasta, steaks and burgers.
- Ability to create recent menu specials.
- Able to work independently and handle busy services.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Reliable, punctual and a team player.
