Ivory Thread Bridal is looking to hire a Bridal Stylist to join our luxury boutique on Chapel Street!

DAYS - Casual, 3/4 days a week, roughly 30 hours per week, including a Saturday or Sunday

SALARY - Hourly casual wage

COMMISSION - 5% of your sales

We are looking for a “people person”, and someone who loves fashion, bridal, and styling. Someone who is all about body positivity and who wants to make brides feel comfortable, special and beautiful.

Experience in the bridal industry is not essential for this role, as extensive training will be provided for the right candidate. However some kind of sales experience is require to apply for this role.

DUTIES

- Style brides and run appointments

- Provide exemplary customer service while demonstrating excellent knowledge about designers and product

- Communicate effectively over phone, email and social media

- Contribute to social media creation, posting and strategising

- Be hands on with website and POS updates





- Be efficient and detail-oriented placing, tracking, and receiving orders

- Merchandise and style the boutique and keep the store presentable

- Open and close the store and working on your own at times

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Must be a people person and all about body positivity
- A keen interest in bridal is encouraged

- Bridal experience isn’t necessary but some kind of retail or customer facing experience is

- Experience in sales

- Studies in fashion or marketing would be beneficial

- Is reliable, punctual, and productive.

- Able to manage your own time effectively

- You will be required to look neat and well-presented while in the boutique
