FTR Solutions is a Melbourne startup founded by architects. Our platform produces NCC performance solution reports through automation built on trained AI. We’re launching in Victoria in early 2027.
The role
Review and sign off performance solution reports produced by our platform, and help shape how it works as we grow.
What we offer
1. Paid per report: adaptable, and it fits alongside your existing work.
2. Mainly residential to start: houses, units, and alterations and additions.
3. Early role in a proptech startup: real input into the product from day one.
What we’re looking for
1. Current registration as a Building Surveyor in Victoria (Limited or Unlimited)
2. Experience assessing or preparing performance solutions
3. Comfortable with tech, digital tools and BIM
4. Nice to have: the Graduate Certificate in Performance-Based Building & Fire Codes
