On Panel is a fast-growing Australian fintech transforming how commercial finance brokers connect with private lenders.

With 25+ lenders on our platform, a rapidly growing broker network and ambitious expansion plans, we're building the next generation of business lending technology.

Now we're looking for two hungry, confident and competitive Business Development Associates to help us take it to the next level.

No finance experience? No problem.

We can teach you the industry, the technology and how multimillion-dollar lending deals work.

What we can't teach is hunger, ambition and the willingness to put in the work.

THE OPPORTUNITY ?

This isn't just another sales job.

You'll be joining a fintech at an early stage, working alongside an experienced leadership team and helping build a business with serious growth ambitions.

Your job is straightforward

Make calls. Build relationships. Generate opportunities. Get rewarded.

You'll introduce commercial finance brokers to our platform, show them how On Panel helps them find private lenders for business-purpose property deals, and get them using it.

The best part? You're selling something that genuinely makes brokers' lives easier.

And if you perform, our goal is to progress you into a Business Development Manager role within six months.

THE MONEY ?

- Competitive base salary + super





- Uncapped commission from day one

- Earn commission for generating opportunities and successfully settled deals
- The opportunity to progress to BDM within six months, subject to performance

- Up to 40% base salary increase upon promotion to BDM

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Make high-volume outbound calls to commercial finance brokers

- Introduce brokers to On Panel and demonstrate the platform's value

- Build relationships and develop your own broker network

- Generate lending scenarios and new business opportunities

- Qualify opportunities and work closely with our BDMs and credit team

- Help turn new brokers into active platform users

- Build and manage your sales pipeline

- Learn how private lending deals are structured and settled

- Develop the skills to become a high-performing BDM

WHO WE WANT ?

- Excited by start-ups, fintech and building something from the ground up

- Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do

Sales experience is highly regarded, but finance experience is not essential.

You might come from recruitment, real estate, automotive sales, SaaS, telesales, lead generation or another competitive sales environment.

If you've got the drive, we'll give you the tools.
