We are looking for a motivated Graduate to join our Business Development team in the IT software solutions industry. This role offers fresh grads international exposure, focusing on growth strategies, client partnerships, and market expansion, beyond just sales. RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development Strategy

- Contribute to business development initiatives by providing insights on market reception and client feedback.
- Support the development of sales collateral and presentation materials to enhance the effectiveness of sales pitches.
- Report on sales performance, pipeline health, and market activity to support data-driven decision-making.

Lead Generation & Market Expansion

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target segments, industry trends, and potential business opportunities within our global sales territory.
- Proactively source and qualify new leads through various channels to build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Analyze competitor landscapes and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and positioning.

Sales & Negotiation

- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the specific needs and pain points of prospective clients.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial contact through final negotiation and contract closure.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements while protecting company margins.

Customer Relationship Management

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Manage the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of all interactions, opportunities, and account statuses.




- Transition successful new business opportunities into ongoing client partnerships, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor Degree in Business Studies, Administration, IT or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, experience in sales, business development, or a related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of business development principles, including value proposition articulation and stakeholder mapping, demonstrated understanding for sales processes in a global or multi-market context.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural setting
- High level of self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
- Passion for technology and supply chain business processes.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
