About the role

Bee Dee Bags (Aust) Pty Ltd is seeking a driven and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Hendra, QLD. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities to support the company’s growth and expansion plans.

What you’ll be doing

- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers
- Researching target markets and industries to identify new business prospects
- Negotiating contract terms and pricing to secure new business
- Collaborating with the wider team to ensure successful project delivery
- Analysing sales data and providing regular reports on performance

What we’re looking for

- Experience in new business development or sales is highly regarded; however, we are open to candidates who are new to sales and show strong potential
- Experience in the bags/packaging industry is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients




- Strong negotiation skills, with experience in contract management an advantage
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve ambitious sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools, or a willingness to learn
- Australian work rights are essential for this position
