You understand the pressure construction customers face when materials, deliveries and project schedules are time-critical, and you carry the same urgency and level of service with potential customers.

An established player dominates this market, but there is an opportunity to do things differently.

We’re bringing an cutting-edge permanent formwork solution to the Victorian market, and we’re looking for a commercially driven BDM who wants to do more than maintain an existing customer base.

This isn’t a role for someone who waits for leads to arrive or simply maintains existing accounts. We’re looking for a proactive business developer who creates opportunities, builds relationships with builders and contractors, develops a pipeline of future projects and follows through until orders are secured.

You’ll also build relationships with engineers to get the product specified, and work with the team to coordinate quotes, stock and delivery so we deliver on what we promise and earn repeat business.





This is a hands-on role. You’ll be picking up the phone, meeting builders on site, discussing upcoming projects and pursuing opportunities. You’ll need to hit the ground running and start building sales momentum immediately.
