We are seeking both casual & full time butchers to work across retail and wholesale production. This suits a skilled, reliable butcher who values craft, consistency, and teamwork within a high-quality operation.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Butcher, you will:

- Carry out daily butchery production across retail and wholesale channels

- Break down primals and whole cuts with attention to yield and presentation

- Prepare retail-ready cuts, portions, and value-added products

- Assist with wholesale orders and specifications for restaurant supply

- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and workplace cleanliness

- Support stock rotation, basic stock control, and prep lists

- Work collaboratively with senior staff and hospitality teams

ABOUT YOU

You will ideally have

- 3–7 years’ experience in a retail and/or wholesale butchery

- Strong knife skills and understanding of yield and portion control
- A genuine interest in quality meat and traditional craft

- Reliability, consistency, and pride in your work





- Ability to work well within a small, close-knit team

- Current Drivers Licence

- Experience supplying chefs or hospitality venues (advantageous but not essential)

You are hands-on, detail-driven, and keen to be part of a respected, growing operation.
