About the Role
As a Medical Reception Trainee, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring they receive a positive and professional experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients and visitors
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling and managing appointments
- Maintaining patient records and data entry
- Processing payments and managing enquiries
- Providing administrative support to medical professionals
- Assisting with general reception and office duties
About You To be successful in this role, you will have: ✅ Previous medical reception experience
