Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of custom work, we are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker / Joiner with a passion for craftsmanship, precision and quality finishes.

Your New Role
As an experienced Cabinet Maker / Joiner, you will be responsible for the manufacture and installation of high-end residential cabinetry and custom joinery.
Your responsibilities will include
Reading and interpreting residential plans, drawings and joinery specifications
Manufacturing custom cabinetry and detailed joinery components
Operating hand tools, power tools and workshop machinery
Assembling cabinetry and joinery items to a premium standard
Installing premium hardware, hinges, drawer systems and finishing components
Measuring, cutting and assembling joinery components with a robust focus on detail
Preparing completed joinery for delivery and installation
Installing kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, laundries and custom joinery on-site
Completing levelling, scribing, fixing and final adjustments
Maintaining high standards of workmanship, presentation and customer service
Supporting apprentices and contributing to a positive team culture
What You'll Need to Succeed To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 4 years' experience as a qualified Cabinet Maker or Joiner
Certificate III in Cabinet Making (or equivalent)
White Card
Asbestos Awareness Training
Silica Awareness Training
Current Class C Driver's Licence
Experience working on high-end residential cabinetry and joinery projects
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to read and interpret detailed plans and specifications
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong commitment to health, safety and quality outcomes
