- Restaurant is a popular, dog friendly venue in Exmouth, serving locals and travellers with breakfast, lunch, dinner, catering and events. We're looking for an experienced, hands on Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations while helping deliver excellent food, service and experiences. This is an opportunity to live and work in Exmouth, on the doorstep of the Ningaloo Coast, with incredible beaches, outdoor adventures and a welcoming regional community. The role Working closely with the Owners, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the venue, leading the team and keeping operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include: Overseeing daily café and restaurant operations across front of house, barista and kitchen teams. Leading, training, mentoring and supporting staff, including rostering, recruitment and onboarding. Maintaining high standards of customer service, food service and venue presentation.

Managing stock, ordering, suppliers, waste and operational costs. Coordinating weddings, catering and off-site events, including our burger trailer.



Managing POS systems, cash handling, till reconciliation and operational administration.

Supporting promotions, events and continuous improvements in collaboration with the Owners. Creating a positive team culture and ensuring the venue operates efficiently during busy periods. About you We're looking for someone who is confident leading a team, enjoys a hands-on role and can balance the demands of daily service with planning and organisation.

You'll have: At least 2 years' experience in hospitality management . Strong leadership, communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Experience with staff rostering, stock control and monitoring operational costs. The ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure. Confidence using POS systems, spreadsheets and digital tools.

Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and during busy tourism periods. A current WA Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification . A current WA Liquor Licence Manager's Certificate . A Certificate IV or Diploma in hospitality or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

What we offer Full-time employment at 38 hours per week.

Salary of $75,000–$85,000 super, based on experience (subject to confirmation).
