Adairs is seeking a casual Retail Team Member in Australia to deliver an inspiring customer experience, consulting with shoppers on styling solutions and weaving their own home story. You will support stock control, assist with Visual Merchandising, and work with the team to drive store performance while delivering the WOW factor for every customer.

Previous experience in a customer-focused setting is preferred, and you’ll be encouraged to grow through Adairs Academy and our incentive
