Ormeggio at The Spit in Mosman is seeking a Casual Pastry Chef de Partie to join our waterfront restaurant. You will prepare and plate exquisite desserts, support the kitchen team, and have opportunities to present and finish desserts tableside for guests.
This role requires pastry experience, a commercial cookery/patisserie qualification, and a passion for creative presentation. Casual shifts incl. weekends and public holidays are available in a busy service workplace.
