National Networks Plus is seeking a Youth Worker in Rockhampton to support clients in health and community settings. You will follow care plans, build positive relationships, and collaborate with stakeholders while responding to crisis situations and maintaining accurate records.
Candidates should have a Cert IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (or be working toward it), current First Aid/CPR, NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, and a valid Australian driver’s license.
