Sales Team Member – Forty Winks Gold Coast

Forty Winks Gold Coast is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Team Member who enjoys selling, builds rapport easily and knows how to turn a great conversation into a sale.

If you bring proven sales experience, a positive attitude and the drive to achieve results, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role

You’ll help customers choose mattresses, bedroom furniture and bedding to suit their needs, while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service from the first conversation through to after-sales support.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Understanding customers’ needs and confidently recommending suitable products.
- Closing sales and working towards individual and store sales targets.
- Learning our product range and explaining its features and benefits clearly.
- Following up enquiries, preparing quotes and processing orders accurately.




- Keeping the showroom well presented and supporting your teammates.

What we’re looking for

- Proven sales experience, ideally in bedding, furniture or another customer-focused retail environment.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to ask for the sale.
- A genuine interest in helping customers make the right purchase.
- Reliability, initiative and a skilled approach.
- Availability to work weekends as part of the store roster.

Bedding experience is an advantage, but successful sales experience and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
